PROJECT OVERVIEW

RentMetrics is an advanced analytics platform built for commercial real estate investors. The project required a dual approach: a public-facing website to explain the AI business intelligence and a private web application to handle actual property data.

Managing large portfolios requires tracking rent rolls, capital expenditures, and daily occupancy rates. Traditional spreadsheets cause reporting delays.

I built a sharp, data-heavy dashboard to solve this. The architecture categorizes massive datasets into distinct reporting modules, including unit renovation trackers and budget comparisons.

Simultaneously, the landing pages clearly communicate these features to prospective buyers. By organizing complex business intelligence into a clean layout, the final product drives new software subscriptions while giving current owners immediate control over their financial assets.
