PROJECT OVERVIEW

Balanced Scorecard is a data management web application built for executive teams. The platform allows business leaders to monitor company performance across four key pillars: Financial, Delivery, Operations, and Organizational health.

Tracking massive corporate datasets often results in overwhelming spreadsheets and delayed reporting.

I solved this by building a highly structured, interactive dashboard. I categorized complex business intelligence into dedicated reporting modules.

My design choices focused on clean charts, progress trackers, and detailed pop-up views for deep data analysis, such as sprint velocity or IT spend.

The final architecture changes heavy enterprise data into an accessible tool, giving managers immediate control over their department metrics without visual clutter.
